1. Definitions

3.5 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from using h89web Services:

• Employees of h89web and their immediate family members.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account with h89web, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Valid email address.
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Residential address in Indonesia.
• Secure password meeting our minimum security requirements.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

h89web is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Government-Issued ID: KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / Indonesian National Identity Card) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

• Bank Account Verification: Screenshot or photograph of your bank account page showing your name and account number for withdrawal processing.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration or upon h89web's request may result in Account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds. All documents submitted are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use of multiple Accounts.

In the event of Account termination for Terms violations, h89web reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. Where termination occurs without fault on your part, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

h89web supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay.

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members). Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. h89web does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. Deposits typically process within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) and up to 24 hours for off-hours transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals to your verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawal conditions include:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 50,000,000 (higher limits for VIP members).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your KYC documentation.
• First withdrawal requests may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 2-6 hours during WIB business hours, up to 24 hours for weekend/holiday requests.

h89web reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals may be declined if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, h89web requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. For deposits claiming bonuses, additional wagering requirements apply as specified in the bonus terms. Failure to meet minimum wagering requirements will result in withdrawal requests being declined until requirements are satisfied.

5.4 Payment Errors

In the event of a payment processing error, deposit or withdrawal discrepancy, or technical malfunction affecting your Account balance, you agree to notify h89web immediately. h89web reserves the right to correct any errors by adjusting your Account balance accordingly. If you withdraw or wager funds that were credited to your Account due to an error, you agree to repay such amounts to h89web upon request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

h89web offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions for each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the following general bonus terms:

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• Only bets placed with real money count toward wagering requirements; bonus funds do not contribute.

• Betting on opposite outcomes (hedging) to guarantee bonus wagering completion without risk.
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate bonus terms.

6.4 Promotional Changes

h89web reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of promotional changes, Users who have already claimed a bonus under the previous terms will be allowed to complete their bonus under those original terms.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and bet type. In the event of any dispute regarding sports betting outcomes, h89web's decisions are final. Key sports betting terms:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned before completion, bets are typically void unless the outcome was already determined at the time of abandonment.
• Maximum Payouts: h89web reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per bet slip, per event, and per User.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate under the rules specified by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets are void and stakes refunded.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and fund forfeiture:

7.4 Results and Disputes

All betting results are determined by h89web based on official sources and game provider data. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you must contact h89web support within 7 days of the bet being settled. h89web will investigate all disputes fairly and issue a final decision. Where h89web's decision favors the User, adjustments will be made to the Account balance immediately. h89web's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

9. Intellectual Property

11. Indemnification

15. Severability
